Country Doctor Community Health Centers (CDCHC) is looking for interested CDCHC patients to serve on our Board of Directors. CDCHC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and a minimum of 51% of our board members are patients of our clinics. Board members provide valuable insight into how we can best meet the needs of our community and our patients. Bring your experience and unique perspective to help CDCHC fulfill our mission- to improve the health of our community by providing high quality, caring, culturally appropriate primary health care that addresses the needs of people regardless of their ability to pay.
