School-Based Health Centers

CDCHC is proud to provide excellent medical and mental health care to Seattle Public School students. School-Based Health Centers (SBHC) are located inside schools, a model which promotes both health and educational growth. All Seattle Public School students are eligible to receive no-cost care at any of our school clinics.

Services

Our services include:

  • Well-child/well-adolescent checks
  • Sick visits (including injuries, fevers, sore throats, rashes, asthma)
  • Immunizations
  • Sexual and reproductive health services
  • Health and wellness education
  • Gender-affirming care
  • Individual therapy
  • Family therapy
  • Support groups (to help manage stress, emotions, healthy relationships, etc)
  • Dental evaluations and referrals
  • Sports physicals
  • Connecting to social services
  • Help obtaining health insurance

Our locations

Clinic hours are Mon-Fri based on the Seattle Public Schools calendar.
