The mission of Country Doctor Community Health Centers (CDCHC) is accomplished through an array of health care services and programs; the success of each and every service hinges on the on-going efforts of fund development.

Donations are regularly solicited from corporations and foundations, but an important portion of the agency's community support comes from individuals. Because CDCHC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, all contributions are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
